Convert format, thread conversion and unzipping all at
one time.
You have a file with several zipped designs you downloaded and
they might have used Madiera thread to create them.
1.Open 3D Organizer. Click on "search" on the toolbar.
2. Click on the arrow in the "look in "window and at
the bottom of the list is the "browse". Click on that
and it will allow you to find the folder where the zipped designs
are.


3. Click on "more advanced options" and then click on "select
all Embroidery and click on "search zip files".
4. Click on the "search" in the middle of the panel
next to "new search".

5. You will see the pictures of all the zipped files.
6. Hold down the control and A key to highlight all of the designs.
7. Click on "file, convert thread range".

8. The "convert thread range" box will appear. Click
on the browse buttons and choose where you want them unzipped and
converted to. If I downloaded the designs, they are a mixture of
designs, so I choose the "download" folder. Click on
OK.
9. Click on "folders" on the toolbar and click on "desktop,
and the Plus in front of "My computer" and the Plus in
front of "C drive".
10. Find the folder where the designs were unzipped to and click
on it.
11. You will see the zipped files and the designs that were in
them. You can highlight all of the zipped files and click on the
X(delete) on the toolbar. This leaves only the designs with empty
spaces.
12. Click on "view, refresh" and now only the designs
will be here in alphabetical order.
13. If you click on a design, it will now show the colors of the
thread you chose to convert them to in the “worksheet area.”
14. If you click on the “worksheet”it will expand
the “explorer”and you can now see a full list and you
can transfer your designs into the proper folders by clicking and
dragging.
15. If you click on a design or designs and drag them into a new
folder, the cursor will show an + attached. That means it will
leave the design where it was and also COPY it to the new folder.
If you hold the shift key down and click and drag, it will move
the design completely out of the former folder.
