My Threads back up and restore

Click on Thread Manager and then click on "file, backup my threads".

The default folder that appears in the "save in" window is "Backup". You could save it in that folder and since it is the default folder.

But, you could also save it in “my documents” or even to a floppy or a stick by clicking on the arrow and finding the folder or drive where you want to save it. In Viking's picture in their guides, they show saving it to My Documents. So, really save it wherever you know you will be able to find it easily.

In the "file name" window below, the default name is "My Threads. mdb".

You can give it a different name by just left clicking inside that window so the words are highlighted and then type the new name such as "Jan's My Thread". Click on "save".

To restore, click on "thread manager" and click on "file, Restore my threads". Find the file you wish to restore and click on it and click on "open".

It will warn you that your the current "my threads" will be replaced with this one. Click Yes to continue.
