You could see how you like using the lettering in customizing to do it. Lombard, Romana, Script and Skott work well.

Size 30
Type in a period from your keyboard. Change the Height to 3.2 and the width to 2.0. Not a perfect circle but close.

Then if you want to change to a fill stitch instead of a satin stitch, you can do that too.

Just make changes in the height and width box until you get the size you want. You can change the size of the period to 4 times the size of 30.

Each time you make a change, look at it in 3D and look at the height and width of the design to make changes. Look at it in "actual size" to be sure that is what you want. You will never get the two sizes exact, but close.
