Sending Pictures of your designs by email

You may have a friend or family member that you embroidery for and you want to send them some pictures of the designs so they can choose what they like.

Open the Reader/writer or Disk Manager program.

Click on "view" or "open" and choose all the designs you want to have appear on that screen.

Then click on "print preview". The names of the designs appear also. Click on "zoom in" and the names and pictures get bigger.

Hold down the "Alt key and the prt scr" keys on your keyboard. That puts the picture on the Windows clipboard.

Click on "start/programs/accessories/word pad". A blank document appears.

Hold down the "control key and the V key" and that will paste the pictures into the Word Pad document.

Click on "file, send " and an email message window will appear with that file attached. You can also "save" that document with a name in the file you choose so you have a reference too.

If you only want to send a picture of one design, then open Customizing and put the design on the screen. (You may want to click on the "grid" icon to turn it off for a clear screen). You also may want to make sure the picture is in 3D.

Then touch Alt and Print Screen Key at the same time. Follow the instructions above.
