Lost Endless and 5X7 Hoops

Solution:
1. Please save the attached file "HoopH.zip" to your
desktop.
2. Close all 3D Embroidery software programs.
3. Double click on "HoopH.zip". This will open your default
zip utility.
If WinZip is your default zip program:
4. WinZip will open to reveal the file HoopH.exe.
5. Double-click the HoopH.exe.
6. The WinZip Self-Extractor - HoopH.exe will open.
7. Click the Unzip button. Do not change any other settings. The
file will save to where it is needed.
8. Click the Close button.
The 5 x 7 and Endless hoops have been restored.
If Windows is your default zip utility:
4. Windows will open a folder with HoopH.exe revealed.
5. Double-click the HoopH.exe.
6. The WinZip Self-Extractor - HoopH.exe will open.
7. Click the Unzip button. Do not change any other settings. The
file will save to where it is needed.
8. Click the Close button.
The 5 x 7 and Endless hoops have been restored.

If you have the problem when you unzip it
and all you get is a notebook document, then just open the "explorer" and
drag that file into the "3D Explorer folder" or copy
and paste it to the 3D Embroidery folder.
