4D 8.1 update Error 1003: Envelope Internal Error

You open Organizer and when you double click on a design, you get this error message.

Right click on one of those designs and select “open with” option and it will prompt you to choose a program to open it. You might see 4D Embroidery listed twice.

The first option seems to be the basic 4D Embroidery. Choose the 2nd one which should be 4DEmbroideryextra.exe

If you don’t see it twice, then click on “browse” and search for 4D Embroidery.exe. Select that one.

Make sure you check the box that says "always use the selected program to open this type of file".

Associate your other embroidery formats the same way.
